1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the GetNextJob platform (hereinafter "Platform"), operated by GetNextJob, Arbonerstrasse 2, Switzerland.

2. Description of Services

The Platform provides tools for application management, resume creation and tailoring, ATS checking, and interview preparation. Content is partly generated with AI and serves as suggestions that must be reviewed and confirmed by the user.

3. Registration and Account

Registration is required to use the Platform. The user is responsible for the accuracy of their information and the security of their credentials.

4. Free and Paid Usage

The Platform offers a free tier (Free) and a paid tier (Pro). The respective scope of services is described on the pricing page. The Pro subscription can be cancelled monthly.

5. Intellectual Property

Content created by the user (e.g. resumes, cover letters) remains the property of the user. The Platform and its software, texts, and designs are protected by copyright.

6. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is". GetNextJob makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content. The user is solely responsible for final review and use.

8. Termination

The user may delete their account at any time. An active Pro subscription ends at the end of the billing period.

9. Changes to Terms

GetNextJob reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to the user via email or through the Platform.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the operator.
