At GetNextJob, we treat resumes, applications, and personal data as confidential information. Security is an integral part of our platform.

Technical Measures

• Encryption: All data transfers use HTTPS/TLS. Data at rest is stored encrypted.
• Access Control: Each user has access exclusively to their own data. Object-level permissions prevent unauthorised access.
• Authentication: Secure password hashing, optional social login integration (Google).
• Infrastructure: Hosted environment with automatic security updates and monitoring.

AI and Data Privacy

• Data sent to AI providers is limited to what is necessary for content generation.
• We do not log personal content in plain text — only metadata and token usage are recorded.
• AI suggestions must be reviewed and confirmed by the user before being saved.
